1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

  • Contact form and email: name, email address, company, phone number and message, to respond to your request and send you the proposal you ask for.
  • Payments and invoicing: name, email address, billing address, tax details and purchase details, to manage payment, issue the invoice and provide the service purchased. Card details are processed directly by Stripe; Mavagna has no access to them.
  • Browsing: website usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

3. Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form or accept cookies; the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures when you purchase a service; and compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax obligations.

4. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to handle your request or provide the service and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, accounting records and invoices).

5. Recipients and international transfers

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required to do so. Some providers process data on Mavagna’s behalf with the safeguards required by the GDPR and the UK GDPR: the web and email hosting provider, Stripe (payments and invoicing) and, if you accept it, the analytics tool.

Mavagna Ltd is established in the United Kingdom, a country that has an adequacy decision from the European Commission allowing the transfer of personal data from the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards apply.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello369@mavagna.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you live in Spain, or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
