1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that the website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit.

Technical (essential): they store your cookie choice (the «mv-consent» key in local storage). They do not require consent.
Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4, from Google Ireland Ltd., to understand in aggregate how the website is used (cookies _ga and _ga_*, maximum duration 2 years). They are only activated if you accept them; otherwise, Google Analytics is not loaded.
Payments: when you pay, you are redirected to Stripe’s secure page, which uses its own essential cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. See Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com.
